Shuriken:news and tour   (31/03/2005)

It is with great regret that we inform you that Craig 'Fov' Fotheringham
has left Shuriken last week. His energy and passion on stage was always
impressive and we at YAWA wish him all the best for the future. Here is a
note from him:

"It is with regret that I leave Shuriken. It wasn't a decision I came to
lightly, I had been feeling unhappy in the band for quite some time and
felt that I was being unfair to the band and myself to continue. It wasn't
to do with any disagreements with any members, they are still my dear
friends. Playing just felt like more of a chore than fun, so the decision
came to try and advance other aspects of my life. I wish them luck in the
continuation of Shuriken, they are a great band and they deserve it.' The
remaining members of Shuriken would like to wish Fov well for the future"

The band are actively looking for a new guitar player now. If you think
you are up for it then send your name, age, location, gear and experience
(if any) to Martin at emo_emus@hotmail.com.
